Winter Wellness Tips

1. As soon as you rise in the morning before anything drink a glass of room temperature water with freshly squeezed lemon or a drop of lemon essential oil. This healthy habit will boost your immune system, regulate blood pressure, fights infections, cleanses the liver, reduce inflammation and help you lose weight. It could not be an easier habit to form and the benefits are endless.

2. Drink a cup of Tumeric Golden Milk every night before bed. You can find the recipe on my Recipes page. This delicious milk treats infections, aids in better sleep, helps detoxification, prevents inflammation, enhances digestion, increases energy, heals damaged tissues and so much more! It is not only delicious but soothing like a warm blanket.

3) Regular Use of Oregano Oil can boost your immune system, fights both bacterial and viral infections, and prevents the growth of common germs that cause colds and flus. You can ingest it by adding it to food or can apply (diluted) topically on the soles of your feet. This is the best place to add essential oils since you have so many pores on the bottom of your feet.
